Product returns

Quality goods purchased online can be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to the buyer.

The following conditions must be met when returning goods:

• the returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging;
• the item must not have been damaged by the buyer;
• the item must be unused and must not have lost its commercial appearance (labels and protective films must be intact, etc.);
• the returned item must be in the same configuration as received by the buyer - any gifts received with the purchase must also be returned.

If the above conditions are met, you should complete a return request form and send it to sales@akesus.eu

Once we receive your request, we will contact you within 2 working days to coordinate the details of the return.

Upon receiving the item and confirming that it is unused, we will refund the money to your specified account within 3 working days.

Defective goods are returned in accordance with the Rules for Return and Exchange of Items approved by Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of June 29, 2001, "Regarding the Approval of the Rules for Return and Exchange of Items".
