Delivery and returns
Your items will be delivered to the address you provided within 3-10 working days from the receipt of payment. During sales and holidays, delivery may take longer.
For purchases of less than €70, the delivery cost via parcel terminal is €2.99, by courier – €3.99
Orders of €70 and more are delivered free of charge.

When entering delivery details, the phone number must be Lithuanian.
We are not responsible for courier delays and errors, or for errors made by individuals when entering delivery information.
If the buyer has provided incorrect shipping details (their phone number, email, or address) and the courier was unable to deliver the shipment or contact the buyer, the shipment will be returned to us and reshipment is subject to a fee. If the buyer fails to collect the shipment from the parcel terminal within the specified time and the shipment is returned to us, reshipment will also be subject to a fee.
Delivery Process
1. The courier sends the buyer an SMS reminder the day before delivery, specifying the delivery address and the time window for delivery.
- In the SMS message, you will also receive a PIN code, which you will need to provide to the courier upon arrival for the delivery.
- The courier will call the customer to inform them of their arrival time. If the courier does not find you at the provided address within the chosen time window, the goods will be delivered the following day or left at the door.
- If the recipient refuses to carry out the above-mentioned actions, the courier will not hand over the shipment. The shipment will be returned to the sender.
Restrictions. The courier may not enter apartments or private houses, with the exception of common areas, i.e., corridors, stairwells, etc. Access to business premises is not restricted.
The delivery cost will be automatically added to your checkout page.
Product Returns
To exercise the right to return goods, the Buyer must follow the applicable legal acts regarding the cancellation of the purchase and sale agreement:
- Notify the Seller of the contract cancellation via email at sales@akesus.eu and complete the request form sent to you no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date the goods were handed over to the Buyer.
- Upon receiving your request, we will contact you within 2 working days.
- No later than 14 (fourteen) days after the Seller has been contacted regarding the cancellation of the agreement, the goods must be handed over to the Seller along with the proof of purchase (purchase receipt and/or VAT invoice) and other relevant documents (e.g., instructions). The buyer must return the product at their own expense.
- Once we have received the product and verified that it is unused, we will refund the money for the returned goods to your specified account within 3 working days.
Returned quality products must be undamaged, must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn off, etc.), and cannot have been used. The product must be returned:
- in its original packaging,
- with the same accessories as received by the Buyer,
- with mandatory submission of the purchase document, instructions for use, and other attachments to the product.
If the product is not complete, is damaged, is in poor condition, or is not properly packaged, the Seller has the right not to accept the product and not to refund the money paid by the Buyer for the product.
