These tablets contain vitamin C in the form of calcium L-ascorbate. This is a gentler and non-acidic form of vitamin C. Suitable for people with sensitive stomachs. Vitamin C helps maintain the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise*, and helps reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C contributes to normal psychological function, normal functioning of the nervous system, and increases iron absorption. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones, cartilage, blood vessels, teeth, gums, and skin. *To maintain the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise, a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of vitamin C in addition to the recommended daily intake.
