APADENT KIDS Toothbrushes

The APADENT KIDS toothbrush is designed as a first toothbrush
for young children as soon as they learn to brush their teeth for the first time.

High-quality care for baby teeth directly affects the health of permanent teeth.

The APADENT Kids toothbrush will become a great assistant for effective tooth brushing for children from 3 years of age. The compact brush head allows reaching the most difficult areas. The soft, rounded bristles contain the antimicrobial component APACIDER® (patented by the Japanese manufacturer). During brushing, a large amount of negatively charged ions are generated, which thoroughly break down dental plaque, making the tooth surface smooth and shiny. The shape of the handle is ideal for a child's hand, and a special indentation prevents the brush from slipping out of the hand while brushing.

Even for the smallest child, newly erupted teeth are prey to caries-causing bacteria (especially the Mutans streptococci family), which quickly colonize and form plaque on the tooth surface.

Therefore, it is important to establish a daily brushing habit as soon as your child wants to do it (Some tips on how to make this fun are provided in the Japanese manufacturer's "Tips for Healthy First Tooth Brushing for Babies".)

It is recommended to use the APADENT KIDS toothbrush after every meal (for children approximately 3 years of age and older): Protection against caries, reduction of oral bacteria and plaque, extra gentle care (small head and very soft bristles).

To achieve the best effect using the APADENT KIDS toothbrush, we recommend teaching/helping your child brush their teeth.

Apply a small amount of APADENT BABY dental gel or APADENT KIDS children's toothpaste to the brush head (depending on the child's age, about the size of a pea or up to 1 cm). Gently but thoroughly brush the teeth and gums for 2–3 minutes, preferably after every main meal. Rinse with a little water and spit out any remaining dental gel or toothpaste at the end of brushing. (Please note that neither the gel nor the paste is harmful, even if the child swallows a small amount.)
