Recommendations: If the oil thickens or solidifies, place it in a warm place using one of the following methods: place it near a heater; hold it under warm running water; wrap the bottle in a plastic bag and briefly immerse it in a water bath. * Please note that it is not recommended to overheat the oil, as it may lose its properties and the effectiveness of the ingredients may decrease. When heating the bottle, remove the oil from the heat source as soon as it becomes liquid.

Usage:

Spread the oil over your skin and gently massage it in. You can use it immediately after showering; the resulting water-and-oil emulsion absorbs easily into the skin and locks in moisture.
