Lamberts^® Pure Fish Oil provides 700 mg of Omega-3. High concentration of EPA and DHA. Each capsule contains 700 mg of Omega-3 fatty acids, as well as 360 mg of EPA and 240 mg of DHA. The 5-stage oil purification process ensures there is no doubt about the product's quality. DHA helps maintain normal brain function and preserve normal vision (beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA). DHA and EPA help maintain normal heart function (beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA).
